White and pink floral hand~painted jug by Kathie Winkle for Broadhurst. Kathie trained at Shorter and Sons in the 1940s and moved to Broadhurst in 1950. Her designs are much sough after. This is an unusual piece - I can't find it named anywhere.
Fab ceramic bamboo handle. In superb condition and a great size holding two pints.
Peonies or roses would be absolutely fabulous in it. As would a long cool iced drink on a hot summers day.
